Enamel plate of Guilde des Fromagers member, representing on a dark blue background, the seal of the Guild, with the inscriptions (in french only) above: "Membre de la Guilde Internationale des Fromagers" (Guilde Internationale des Fromagers Member) and below:  "Compagnons de Saint-Uguzon Fromages Maintiendrons" (We Companions of Saint-Uguzon will preserve Cheese).
