In the prestigious setting of the Salons de l’Hôtel de Ville, Michelin-starred chef Gaëtan Evrard, along with five-generation caterer François Chevalier, will concoct an unforgettable menu featuring the flavors of the Loire Valley.

With 25 years of experience in tasting, David Fontaine, ambassador of wines and sommeliers, will showcase the region’s finest vintages.
