The event is scheduled for September 19, starting at 6:30 pm and dinner at 8 pm, at the La Porte delle Langhe restaurant in Cherasco-Bra (Italy).

On the menu:

• Aperitif buffet and a Grand Cheese Platter by Hansi Baumgartner
• Veal roll with tuna sauce and white meat salad
• Pillo pasta basket with Bra sausage and Raschera DOP
• Risotto with Castelmagno DOP and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts
• Plin with three roasted meats in butter and thyme
• And a delicious birthday cake for dessert.
