 Visit Brussels and meet the Manneken-Pis statue
on Sunday September 30^th and Monday October 1^st 2012

Program

Sunday september 30^th

10:00 am –1 pm:  “Bruxelles en bulles”(decorated roofs with comic strips) or “Bruxelles architecture remarquable” (Brussels outstanding architecture) pedestrian guided tour.
End of the tour at “Toone” theatre.
Free afternoon, numerous museums in center town are recommended.

6:00 pm: Attendees are welcomed in hotel Métropole,’s  Rubinstein salon.
Location: 31, place De Brouckère – Brussels

6:30 pm: 449^th Induction Chapter

8:00 pm: Gastronomic Dinner
Served in the “ambassadors room”

Monday october 1^st

10:00 am – 11:30 am:   Official ceremony of Manneken-Pis dressing
Meeting in Brussels Town Hall with the “Confrérie de Manneken-Pis”.

12:00 am – 1 pm: Guilde Internationale des Fromagers General Assembly
in hôtel Marivaux’s Hitchcock room – Bd Alphonse Maxllan – Brussels.

1:00 pm – 2:30 pm:   Country lunch closing in “hall Marivaux”.

Total fees: 150 € per person (car park and hotel room are not included).
Invitation to the General Assembly and reduced price in hotel Marivaux: see attached documents.

2:30 pm: General Assembly to « Chalet Restaurant Dents Vertes » in Vounetz. Short walk and visit of the dairy for accompanying persons

3:30 pm: Cocktails

4:30 pm: Back to the hotel by bus

6:30 pm: Departure by bus to the Vuadens « Chalet des Colombettes »

7:30 pm: Chapter

8:30 pm: Gala dinner with entertainments

From 0:30 am: Back to the hotel by bus

1:30 am: End of the gala

10:00 am: Visit of the « Maison du Gruyère »

11:30 am: Historic village of Gruyères and its castle guided tour
